Your Responsibilities
- Coordination of data center services: Monitor performance, job logs, and system operations; identify and resolve issues or anomalies.
- System changes & coordination: Manage adaptations within the SAP system landscape and connected systems using SAP Solution Manager and the SAP Transport System.
- Compliance & controls: Ensure implementation of internal control system (ICS) and compliance guidelines using Xiting XAMS.
- Helpdesk support: Handle user requests (1st and 2nd level), ticket monitoring, and processing.
Your Skills
- Solid understanding of the SAP roles and authorization system
- Several years of experience working with SAP Basis components or in SAP application support
- Hands-on experience with SAP tools and transactions
- Open-minded, agile, and reliable working style
- Motivated, self-directed, and customer- and team-oriented mindset
- Fluent in written and spoken German
